#Avoid Roomlelo – A Deeply Unprofessional Experience , Don't pay any extra money on their words or any assurance, they are not trustworthy. They will not going to refund your money. You will be harrasmed on the expense of your own money. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Roomlelo, a room rental service for students in Varanasi. From start to finish, their behavior has been highly unprofessional, lacking the basic courtesy and responsibility expected from any service provider. They do not operate with a business mindset, and their treatment of customers is shockingly poor. One of the biggest concerns is their monopolistic attitude in the area – they try to dominate the market while offering terrible service. A friend of mine left an honest negative review online, and instead of addressing the issue, they personally called and pressured them to change the review. This shows how little they value genuine feedback. Their communication is often rude, misleading, and false. They take rent as per their own whims. Worse still, if someone delays the security deposit by just 2–3 days, even after paying the full rent, they come and put their own lock over the tenant's already locked room, which is absolutely unacceptable and harassing. Their behavior drastically changes after the agreement is signed – from polite and convincing to dominating and aggressive. It feels like a trap once you’ve committed. I strongly advise all students and working individuals who are new to Varanasi: do not choose Roomlelo. There are far better, more respectful options out there. Spare yourself the stress, disrespect, and harassment.

Absolutely recommend this PG! I've been staying here in Homes 06 for a while and the experience has been great. The rooms are fully independent, giving complete freedom and privacy. Amenities like AC, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and clean drinking water are all available and well-maintained. The environment is secure, flexible, and perfect for students or working professionals. Really happy with the management and the overall vibe!

I have stayed in several properties of Roomlelo. It’s been 4 years with Roomlelo, and counting. I highly recommend there properties. They are the best in the city, they have tons of options, more than 2000 rooms flats. In every budget price range starts from ₹3500-₹18000/month. If you choose property of higher budget service is very fast and hygiene is great but sometimes on low rate property the service is a bit slow but gets done on time. Highly recommend properties they manage.
