Is this truly the standard of your customer service? Your sales team relentlessly calls potential customers urging them to buy your premium plans—but once payment is made, the response disappears. No follow-ups, no accountability. Despite repeated attempts through calls and messages, your support team's only advice is to “log out and log in again” or that “your account is being refreshed.” This scripted response is unacceptable, especially when I’ve clearly stated the issue multiple times. I purchased the Pro Plan and have yet to receive access to the services I paid for. Why has my account not been activated? Why am I unable to use any features on your platform? If this is what you define as customer satisfaction—prompt and persistent sales efforts followed by complete disregard post-purchase—then it's a serious cause for concern. Telling a paying customer to “wait till tomorrow” repeatedly without resolution is both unprofessional and deeply frustrating.

My experience with MagicBrick was very good. I bought premium plan to sell my property with 50 contacts of potential buyer reaching me. Due to some system glitch, I was getting the names of potential buyer but not their phone numbers. I raised a complaint. Their customer service in charge, Mr. Piyush personally called me. More so, he investigated the technical error (free posting vs paid posting, I had two postings by mistake) before reaching me and provided quick solution. He was very courteous. He also helped me arrange photoshoot that was part of package. Thank you, Mr. Piyush. I had negative feedback in my mind before you reached out seeing my service ticket. Thanks, Ratan

I purchase a m b prime service from magic brick . They were supposed to provide 30 Nos Contact of owner of property but they are providing Agent contact no instead of owner and agent is not responding.It seems that i hv been cheated nd no boday is listen to there. It is totally worth less site. Pl thinks before purchase of their service.. Thanks

My Dear Friend Here I am sharing my bad experience with magicbricks online lead portal. My msg also for those guys who are working in Realestate and totally based on online marketing like magicbricks , 99 acres & housing. Recommend to not invest with magicbricks as per my bad experience & opinion. There are no any single person to take any type of responsibility. I bought a package by Shankar Lal Beri in magicbricks team also never recommend again for anybody else to purchase any product with this guy. Please call/msg if you are really want to know the fact, I’ll brief initially.

Absolutely Bad Experience. 0 Customer Care. Just an IVR to press 1 for requesting a call back. Sold the package with only 2 listing from owner with 1 being fake. Search doesn't appear for the budget entered. 100% Super Low quality of product and Customer service. I recommend not to Pay anything to get prime login, majority of only Broker listing and not owners.
