My name is M LingaPrasad. I'm using the Cred app sence from past 4 years. I took the loan from the Cred app from IDFC Bank. Recently i account was frezed due to some technical issues. Amount not deducted from the account. I visit the bank to update my new bank account for further loan deductions. But they said that they cannot add the new bank account for loan deductions and said that contact to the CRED customer care. Here the worst thing there is no any customer support in the phone to know about my issue. There is no phone number. Here I'm facing the issue to update the new bank account for loan deductions. If any one is there from CRED can you please guys provide the contact details and I will explain the issue completely.

I have been using the Cred App for over three years now. Services like UPI, insurance, and payments work fine. However, whenever I order electronics, I have never received the original product. Unfortunately, no courier guy has contacted me, and in the Cred app, it's showing Customer has not responded, and when I reached out to customer service, I was advised to wait an additional 7-8 days. While I understand that delays can happen, this experience has been quite frustrating. I would encourage potential customers to consider their options carefully before purchasing in the Cred app, as I found their customer service to be lacking.
