Surprisingly, they started communicating and responding only after I posted the review. 😡😡😡😡 I have been receiving multiple calls & messages to remove this review. 😡😡😡😡 Money has been refunded. But it was a worst experience from Rentickle. ***********. Post 3-4 days ago************ A complete fraud company. Furlenco is far better than them. **DO NOT RENT FROM THEM** I ordered a perched bed. Order approved but delivery said we do nto have perched bed. They said speak with customer care & get the order cancelled. Sent an email to cancel the order. No response. Had a chat with the support team 3 times, every one says the order is cancelled, but the next agent says it is nto cancelled, I am raising a cancellation request. Rented an air purifier. Rates seem reasonable, delivery time from the start of the process was within a week, customer support were responsive over call & mail, and product seems good as well.

You can get okayish quality products in cheapest prices but the worst probably in terms of after sales service.. and their delivery people will try to take as much money as possible for delivering the goods... website UI and payment gateway is the worst part.. u can avoid rentickle for a few bucks that u might save.
