Very bad service I'll tell you everything Day 1: I place stuff in my cart. After few minutes, they call and say ki we will do everything, we have everything, we will service everything, we'll discount everything and try to sell you everything. They say that the order will be delivered within this week. The complete order. I ordered 3 seater sofa and a double door fridge Day 1+n: sofa comes, no clue of fridge Sofa was manageable so we decided to give it a try. Awaiting the fridge. Day 1+n+2: fridge finally arrives after innumerable calls. We looked at it, and it felt like it was older than me (I am almost 3 decades old). Scratches, bumps, smudges, yellowness, everything you can imagine in an old fridge, was there. Even though they cleaned it, it looked like it was begging for us to not plug it in and just retire it in peace in a junkyard. I decided I don't want anything to do with this fridge, this furniture or this company. I decided to cancel my order. I did not even want the deposit back. Surprise Surprise, there is no cancel button on their entire website. I clicked here and there and voila my phone rang, and I explained that I don't need your products, please take them away from me and save me the hassle. They tried to convince using the same old tactic, that we have just received a fresh piece in our inventory, we will get you that. To that my only reply was, I could have waited if you'd have told me truth in the first place and not leave me hanging with Mr. Fridge (late.). I said I don't want do anything with you or your company, please take it back, keep the deposit as well To that the gentleman replied that it's okay if you don't want to give us another chance then we'll cancel. I said go ahead Now I know I might sounding like a complaining grandfather, but I feel if I am paying money for anything and that too then money that the company asked for then I deserve to have some quality in the product and not played around with. That's my ninja way. Now even in their pickup they managed to leave me high and dry 2 times. I missed my office because of them. They said they will come but they never did until today, which is when I was told to give a 5 star and send a screenshot to the delivery guy. I am gonna send a screenshot alright.

Everything is good 😊 but let me shared this to new users or old too... They have long TAT for refund, first they don't provide the refund form they talk about, they will say you will receive through your mail and then through your WhatsApp but they never help and the costumer support don't have nothing to say about this and no sympathy or empathy they show, don't even try to help simply waste your time, just now also I spoke to 2 agents same statement and till now I haven't received any form or response from them, truly need to work on this. I repeat everything is good 😊 except refund process
