Extremely disappointing experience with Furlenco’s customer support. I have been a long-term customer, but the way I was treated during my recent return request was completely unacceptable. One of their representatives kept harassing me continuously for payment even after I had already cleared the dues. The app itself confirmed my pickup date — which is only possible after dues are cleared — yet I was still spoken to very rudely. The agent repeatedly asked for screenshots, ignored the system update, and even went to the extent of accusing me of lying. This is absolutely unprofessional and not how a reputed company should speak to a customer. It was mentally stressful and felt like unnecessary pressure over a small amount that I had already paid. Customer service should be respectful, patient, and informed, but this interaction was the opposite. Furlenco seriously needs to train their staff better and ensure customers are not harassed for mistakes from their side. Very disappointing experience.

Had ordered a cabinet, came dirty filled with cobwebs, fungus and cocoons of small insects inside hinges. Was slightly damaged from back as well. Couldn't even cancel it since it was rented for 6 months and would not get my money back. Furlenco please get your items clean and sanitised before renting them out.

I could have given a 4 star, but the way they have the logistics backend while delivering and pick up has been a disorganized mess. We got the furniture as two seperate orders, but pickup was done at one instance and agent who picked up said they will update the system. It never has been updated and they keep bombarding with calls. And never been able to reach a customer service or even after clarifying multiple times, they never updated the systems. Otherwise it met the needs for our temporary furniture.

My product was never delivered. The customer care response was of no use. The worst service. The IT team marked my product wrongly as 'delivered'. All this when I have paid for it fully for 6 months. I feel cheated. There is no other way of contacting them.

I had a pathetic experience with their appliances rental division. This rental division is full of trained con artists. They make you take the products at a very small price for monthly rental for first month and from second month ownwards they quietly update a higher price in the app. I had agreed to take the product for Rs.743 per month as rental and first month, they took this amount and delivered the rental washing machine. From 2nd and 3rd month they just increased prices about Rs.250 more per month !!! This is a deliberate act of malpractice and cheating of price increase with in the agreed rental period. When called their call center, they said first month it was a promotion and from second month prices are different, which was never communicated or mentioned in their con app or never told me also when placed the order. This shows bad intentions to cheat customer. The app is fully loaded trap and they will make you pay full increased price in the end, whatever action you try to do in the same app for the agreed rental period. I had made repeated calls to their call center and all same scripted and well trained reply they give to con you !!! I had some quality problems also for the given washing machine and 2 times I requested service request through the app and no one turned back as well. I urge all of you to exercise extreme caution in dealing with this company. It shall be an utter waste of your time and money as they are well trained con company to steal customer money and trap you to make you pay more through illegal price increase and other means and ways.
